Sharon Cobley
Sharon was originally qualified as a Vidal Sassoon hairdresser in the 1980’s and established and run a number of beauty salons and clinics in Spain, during the early 1990’s.
Sharon has over 24 years of practicing knowledge within the beauty and aesthetic industry .Having successfully run Pretty Woman Clinic Ltd and previously run a Semi-permanent Make-up Academy in the U.K
Sharon is associated with over ten UK clinics, and assists new salons/spa’s in how to market the Laser Lipo range of products.
Sharon has extensive knowledge of Facial Peels and other lasers within the market.
Her connections run deep within the industry with relationships with top European Cosmetic surgeons such as Mr Brent Tanner and Jan Carlos Pou, leading aesthetic medical practitioners and pioneers of Class 4 Lasers and Facial peels

Ian Cobley
Ian’s original family company lead the professional photographic industry from the time colour pictures took over from black and white in the early 1950’s. Ian became Group MD of this successful international group of companies, which prior to its sale in 2000, had 10 UK production centres, one Dubai production centre, and 300 staff. CPL was a market leader and supported promotional activities for companies such as Ford Motor company, M&S, British Telecom, the British government, the Post Office, Shell, BP, British American Tobacco, Philip Morris and Pinewood Film Studios.

With Ian’s background being primarily in marketing, graphics and exhibitions, he has taken Laser Lipo to where it is now. A successful and International company.

Ian also provides our sites with free ongoing support including the free loan of both small and large kits display stands, images for marketing and websites as well as providing presentation and promotional videos.

Jon Cullen - International Business Development Director

Laser Lipo has brought Jon in to plan and implement a world wide roll-out of the STRAWBERRY. He brings many years of experience in not only establishing international distribution networks, but providing the essential marketing and support to achieve year on year growth through the network.
Jon is an experienced Senior Executive, who is accustomed to operating at board level in large International companies involved in franchising, retailing, industrial services, sales and logistics.

Mr Ray Bleach - International Director

Ray has a very strong background in setting up sales offices and teams worldwide for companies like Marriots and Wimpy International. Ray joined our team and is negotiations with over 30 countries throughout the world.
His extensive skill set includes contractual negotiations, sales and operational management and is a natural relationship manager, with both empathy and good communication skills, coupled with an ability to effectively complete strategy and implement board objectives.

Caroline Mitchell - Senior Sales Consultant

Caroline has joined Laser Lipo as Senior Sales Consultant. Caroline is a very mature and experienced sales person with experience in a range of markets. Caroline was involved in the Beauty industry for a number of years before her sales career took her in to the general sales arena. Caroline has operated successfully in the financial markets, domestic blinds market and has throughout her career in sales, managed sales teams on a national level. However, Caroline has never been happy to simply manage from an office, she has always lead from the front and continued to challenge her staff by leading with example and maintaining exceptional levels of sales.

Eleni Papageorghiou - Personal assistant to Sharon Cobley
 

After completing her beauty training Eleni applied for the position of assistant to the Directors.
Eleni went on to qualify with both the Lapex BCS and all applications of the Strawberry.
Eleni naturally progressed from assistant to PA for Sharon Cobley. An invaluable member of the team coordinating sales enquiries, demonstrations, deliveries etc

Charlotte Dewar - Personal Assistant to Ray Bleach

Charlotte's  background with legal, office and PA skills means that she can provide exceptional support to our international clients.

Louise Ellis - Trainer

Louise joined Heath House Clinic in 2006 as a laser technician. This then became Laser Lipo’s head office whereby Louise became responsible for all photographic materials used for publicity and PR .In addition Louise has carried out all data entry for the Strawberry’s clinical data for FDA approval.
Louise has a naturally calm and professional attitude making her an exceptionally valuable trainer. Louise” trains the trainers” worldwide.
 

Warren Harrington - Group Accounts

Warren has joined the company to manage all accounts functions. With the speed at which the company is growing, the board felt that it was essential to have a full time person managing everything from invoicing to payroll and purchasing. Although not fully qualified yet, Warren is a welcome and important member of the Laser Lipo team.

Charlotte Bowyer – Personal Assistant to Ian Cobley

Charlotte joined us to help support the design, office and administration departments. Her computer skills, design ability and calm nature will help us deal with the ever increasing demand for marketing materials and promotional materials by our clients, as well as assisting in keeping up with the all of the administrative paperwork.
